The Central Ninth neighborhood has the rare quality of being simultaneously quaint and connected. Defined by front porches and single-family dwellings on tree-lined streets and a diverse array of restaurants, Central Ninth is also the home to many locally-owned service providers and small manufacturers.
The heart of our neighborhood is characterized by unique gathering places; a coffee shop patio, the community garden, and a recently activated community center at the Local First Utah headquarters. Located just East of the Granary, and South of Downtown, no other area shares such easy access to Trax, the freeway, city street corridors as well as being walkable and bikable to the rest of the city.
